Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you would like to mail a check or money order please make check payable to Hedlux, and mail to 4750 Oakes Rd. Building O, Davie, FL 33314

Return Policy: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Shipping Policy: All orders are subject to shipping charges. All orders are shipped Fedex. Ground orders are $8.00. Second Day service is $20.00. Next Day Service is $40.00. Ground shipping rates do not apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Canadian orders are subject to a $12.00 shipping charge. International orders are subject to a $40.00 charge. The Hedlux company will notify you if the shipping charge is greater than $40.00. Canadian and International orders must check the appropriate shipping method. Ground, Second Day, and Next Day Service do not apply. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

Tax: All residents in the state of Florida will pay 6.25% sales tax

Delivery Time: Please allow 2-3 days to process orders, 3-5 days for Ground shipping. Canadian orders allow 14 days. International orders allow 4 weeks.

International Shipping Restrictions and Information:
Laws are different in every country and there are too many to keep up with. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office if your country permits shipments of our products in your country. You will be responsible for any duties or taxes that apply. We do not collect these taxes or duties.
