To get this look:

Step 1: Using Sponge Applicator, apply Black Eye Base from lash line to crease and on lower lash line using Angled Brush.

Step 2: Using Sable Brush, apply Fauvism over Black Eye Base on inner corner and stop at middle of eye.

Step 3: Apply Pop Art in middle of eye where Fauvism left off.

Step 4: Finish outer corner with Vorticism where Pop Art left off.

Step 5: Dab Party Girl Sparkles on outer corner making a wing.

Step 6: Dab Glamour Girl Sparkles on outer lower lash line.

Step 7: For the lips, use Lip Lust in Juicy and dab Glamour Girl sparkles at the middle of the lower lip
